The research carried out byIRES Emilia-Romagna, in collaboration with therooms of the work of Rimini and San Marino, starts from the belief that these areas of employment are a strategic sector of the transformation of work. Not only in terms of quantity, over the growing number of people employed and turnover increasing related to this area, but also for ways of working and professional cultures that now characterize not only the so-called non-productive jobs.These basically to record, thanks to the testimonies of those involved, needs, expectations, conditions, problems related to these professions, in order to provide stakeholders information and experience from which to launch further avenues for reflection and reconstruction of these instances.
The investigation will then turn to the work of Loisir as a strategic sector in the transformation of work. The terms of these employment sectors need of models of protection and social protection of new type that the union should be able to promote and propose directly.
